First Mennonite Church of Morton

Aaron Yoder

I am a sinner, saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.  And yet the mystery to me is that the Lord has called me, and continues to call my precious family, to serve His Church.  After Janice and I began our married life, we served with Apartment Life in Colorado Springs as events coordinators and mission workers.  Since that initial call, I have served in leadership at Fellowship Bible Church (CO) and Morton United Methodist Church (IL).  Now we find ourselves praying for, participating in and equipping the ministries at First Mennonite Church.  My wife also owns and operates a local bridal store here in Morton.  My passion is to see believers become active disciples of Jesus who lead others to be disciples of Jesus.  My other joys in life are our children, music, cooking, hiking and coffee.
