Sermon Questions/Bible Study from Sunday's Service
Rebuild the Church: I am with you (Haggai Chapter 1)

Questions for reflection from Haggai Chapter 1

1. God promises to fill our pockets so that we can bless others.
2. God promises to fill our hearts so that we would be made whole.
3. God promises to fill our church to give Him glory.
-What is our role? What are specific ways you can bless others this week? Is there a widow/senior you could call/visit/invite for coffee?
-Where is your heart empty? Ask Jesus to fill your heart with His love, comfort, wisdom, and challenge. Take two minutes and be silent before the Lord (set a timer). What is God saying to you?
-Who is a neighbor you can invite for lunch/coffee/tea? Jesus says wherever two or three are gathered, He is in our midst. Celebrate Jesus being with you as you are part of His church!
Challenge for the week:
Call/text a neighbor that you don't get along with. Ask them how they are doing. Ask if you could get together for coffee and hang out. (Yes, that is the same challenge from last week!)
One added challenge for this week, pray for that person right now.

Did you miss the service on Sunday or would you like to send it to someone who is out of town or homebound? The link for the service is here.

Family Prayer Spotlight
In James 5:16 we are called to “pray for one another.” Praying for one another is a powerful way to support and uplift each other. As a church family, we want to unite in prayer to love on our congregation. This week we ask that you pray for Seth Largent.

Thank You
Our deepest thanks for all of the phone calls, texts, emails, cards and gifts after learning of my cancer diagnosis, followed by his seizure scare.  We are taking every day as it comes and feel very blessed so far with the healthcare staff.  We appreciate all of your prayers as we begin these new adventures.  May you keep us there, as our treatments and follow-ups are bound to keep us busy this year.  Much love from the two of us- to God be the Glory,
Bethany and Russ Fosdyck
